Celebrate your special day with a timeless and elegant wedding cake, custom-crafted by BB Cafe. We are honoured to create edible art that reflects your love story, handcrafted with attention to detail.

Our lead cake designer, Parisa Nejad, will personally oversee the creation of your cake, ensuring every element is handled with the utmost care and artistry.

Cake Design & Customizations

Cake Structure:

  • A three-tier cake covered in smooth, white fondant.
    (Discuss the option of slight texture on fondant) 
    (Discuss white or ivory fondant)

  • Top tier: Real cake filled with buttercream, designed to maintain stability over a 9+ hour display period.

  • Bottom two tiers: Decorative Styrofoam bases, ensuring structural integrity and a polished presentation throughout your event.

Decorative Details:

  • Handmade fondant Pansy flowers.

  • Flower arrangement: Full floral design focused on the front of the cake, gently tapering off to a minimal design toward the back, creating an elegant and organic look.

Colour Scheme:

  • To be determined at our in-person meeting

Flavour:

  • To be selected following your cake tasting appointment.


Pricing Breakdown

  • Celebration Cake Estimate: $900 – $1,150 (to be finalized post-tasting)

  • Delivery Fee: $125

Deposit:

  • As requested, a $500 deposit is being collected at this stage to secure your booking.

  • This deposit will be deducted from your final balance once the cake flavour and final design details are confirmed and you will have a chance to pay the remaining balance using this link again.


Payment Information

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments via our website.

Upon completion of your cake tasting and confirmation of the final design, we will issue an updated invoice reflecting your final balance, with the deposit deducted.


Order Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit Terms: The $500 deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable after 30 days.

  • Final Design Adjustments: Major design or flavour changes must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to your event date.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at BB Cafe’s discretion (less the non-refundable deposit).

  • Set-Up Requirements: Please ensure a stable, secure cake table is available at the venue prior to delivery.

  • DELIVERY OR PICK UP

    Let us know when you'd like to pick-up your cake, or if you'd prefer we deliver. Please note once your cake is picked up from BB, we cannot control how it is cared for.
