Our lead cake designer, Parisa Nejad, will personally oversee the creation of your cake, ensuring every detail is executed with artistry and attention.

Cake Design & Customizations

Cake Structure:

  • A three-tier cake inspired by the elegant sample design attached.

  • The cake will feature smooth white fondant with cascading handmade sugar flowers flowing naturally down the tiers for a timeless and refined aesthetic.

  • Top tier will be real cake filled with buttercream, intended for the ceremonial cake cutting.

  • Bottom tiers will be decorative Styrofoam, adding height and structure to the overall presentation.

Flavour of Real Tier:
Pistachio Pineapple in Buttercream 

Flavour of Slabs: Espresso and Pistachio Pineapple in whipped cream

Additional Servings:
To serve 70 guests total, we will provide:

  • 2 slab cakes, each serving ~35 guests

  • Minimalist decoration: white whipped cream covering (clean, elegant, intended for slicing and plating)

  • Slabs to be refrigerated at time of delivery and served after cake cutting

Main Display Cake (3 tiers: 1 real + 2 styrofoam): $1,125

Payment Information

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments on our website.

An updated invoice will be sent following your tasting appointment and final design confirmation, reflecting your final balance.


Order Terms & Conditions

  • Final Design Adjustments: Must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your event

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit) at BB Cafe’s discretion

  • Set-Up Requirements: Please ensure a sturdy cake table is ready at the venue upon our arrival
